We’ve got some exciting news to share -  There is a unified vision for constitutional education and gospel proclamation that’s been 10 years in the making.  This news update is a bit longer than usual, but it's worth the quick read (give it five minutes).   And be sure to take a few more minutes to watch the video link to meet the great people behind this move and hear their hearts.

We are writing this with lots of gratitude and real excitement: The Institute on the Constitution (I.O.T.C.) is merging with Self-Evident Ministries! It's a powerhouse team-up that keeps us laser-focused on the same core work we've been passionate about for years. 

For over 25 years, Institute on the Constitution (I.O.T.C.), has been helping everyday Americans understand the Constitution—not just the laws, but the spirit behind them, straight from God's blueprint for good government and our Founding Fathers' wisdom which is The American View.  IOTC did this everywhere: in classrooms, community spots, conferences, churches, across kitchen tables, online chats and more. Thanks to a team of loyal patriots, they reached families, leaders, and citizens across the country, helping them stand for liberty, justice, and true self-government.

But we all face a hard truth: innovation is not optional—it's necessary. In a world accelerating toward everything digital and an ever shifting culture, standing still means falling behind. The need for fresh tools, strategies and boots on the ground type of action is what Self-Evident Ministries brought to the table.  This merger isn't born of necessity alone but of divine opportunity: it's about a clear path to grow smarter and stronger. Self-Evident Ministry will continue to honor the roots of Institute on the Constitution while taking on new ways to spread the Word.

IOTC now under the leadership of Self-Evident Ministries, Massey and Cari Campos will be doubling down on teaching Biblical and Constitutional truth to all Americans. And putting the gospel of Jesus Christ front and center. Together with IOTC, we will mix solid teaching with heartfelt sharing of faith, helping believers not only understand the laws of the land but live out the gospel that changes lives and mends communities.

We are humbled and encouraged by the support of IOTC Founder Michael Anthony Peroutka - a visionary whose heart for teaching constitutional knowledge and
Christ-centered liberty has motivated us all. Along with the IOTC Alumni network, whose testimonies have shown transformed lives, and the unanimous support from the former IOTC Board of Directors, this step forward is blessed and welcomed. "This is the Lord's doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes.” (Psalm 118:23)

Looking ahead, 2026 we are looking to double the efforts that we’ve projected. With better tools, fresh ways to connect, and more partners like you, we plan to reach twice as many people with both constitutional knowhow and Gospel truth.

IMAGINE:

• More homeschool families grounded in liberty;
• More Public, Private, and colleges reached
• Town hall meetings to begin in 2026
• More churches ignited for evangelism;
• More leaders equipped to shepherd America back to her God-honoring roots.

This event, a 15-year birthday celebration, will host speakers covering several major topics. The themes of the break-out sessions include titles such as "Multiculturalism and the War on White America", "Great Replacement Theory", "The Case for Christian Nationalism", "Is Christian Zionism Biblical?", and more.

Of course, these topics make great fodder for those in the progressive camp. The issues are spicy enough to bait activist journalists and leaders of progressive groups to use all of the usual rhetoric against such lectures. Words like racist, xenophobic, white supremacist, white-identitarians, Christian Nationalists, and so forth become common focal points when trying to build a generalized identity of the event and its speakers. People believe that the labels become powerful artillery in a war of ideas.

So, what happened in Nevada? We truly saw lives changed with God giving words to people. He spoke to their inner prayers not shared with anyone. We saw words from God encourage people to persevere with their life's purpose. Youth were given the truth of this nation's founding and the hope of God's hand on our future. While preaching at Saturday night's youth event, Massey felt led to share his testimony of how God delivered him from suicide. One 13 year old girl came up with her mother after service and shared with Massey that she had said the exact same words to her mom about suicide that Massey said to his mother. God spoke directly to this young girl about her value, and God's love and will for her. 
 
And best of all, we all walked away knowing that God is in control, and we get to have hope in Jesus Christ!

***We having some exciting news. On October 12th, we (Self-Evident) did our first Government vs. God Conference, here in Florida. This was a day conference where Massey preached the 4 messages he does at the educational conventions and other events we go to. Our vision for these Gov. vs God Conferences is to do them in 6 to 7 cities around the nation. The projected time frame to get that off the ground fully is roughly 1-3 years. Our projection is to do 2 conferences in 2020 and add 1 or 2 each year following.

One of the main goals of this first conference was to film the 4 different messages and create a DVD/workbook curriculum for people both young and old. This curriculum will give you the understanding not only of God’s role in government, how to apply that understanding to the chaos that is happening in front of our eyes, and also give you the tools to adequately and civilly present those facts to those who disagree or may not understand.
